I just wanted to say thanks - I was very pleased with your service. Luggage turned up at the right place every day, not damaged. The boat collected me on time on the final day and was very quick - got me back much earlier than the estimated time. In fact, I was back in time for the earlier ferry (the one I originally wanted to be on) so I walked over to the Ferry terminal (didn't even have to rush) and they swapped me onto the earlier one no trouble. So I was very pleased about that and very happy with the Cougar Line for being so efficient!

Hi Jill,
just wanted to say a big thank you for the fantastic service that we got from Cougar Line. My family decided to bike the Queen Charlotte Track over Easter, and it was made so easy with your help. Right from planning and booking the trip, through to the efficient and friendly service on the boat, and the delivery of our bags. The weather was great, scenery amazing, the biking fun, accomodation good, and with a boat trip at the beginning and the end it was a fabulous holiday.

I have been meaning to write this letter ever since we returned from our trip to the Queen Charlotte Track, but senior internal examinations have taken priority.
Now I have a little more time up my sleeve, I'd just like to let you know how impressed I was with the service we received from your organisation. Nina and the other staff were extremely helpful, dealing with all the minutiae in the most professional manner.
The girls we took on the excursion really enjoyed the trip out to Ship Cove and the experiences on board the water taxi. When one of our girls had to pull out Nina was extremely helpful in ensuring that we got back to Picton with a minimum of fuss and that all our luggage for the other party members got back to the ferry terminal.
In addition, i had managed to leave maps etc at the ferry terminal in Wellington and your company got them out to us at Resolution Bay that same evening.
All up, we had a really great introduction to the Sounds through your company's excellent service, so thank you very much. We will certainly recommend Cougar Line to anyone else planning sounds ventures.

We are now back home in England. Just wanted to say that we thought the standard of service provided by the Cougar Line was excellent. We used the service to travel to/from Punga Cove Resort and for various drop off/collections whilst we were walking parts of the Queen Charlotte Track. Everybody, both back at base and on the boats, was so helpful and friendly. We witnessed a level of customer service that - sadly - seems to be so often lacking here in the UK these days. There was one guy in particular whose name escapes us at the moment (very thin, wiry & fit!) who seemed to do the 9.30am pick up service from Punga Cove; he was really outstanding. He had amazing energy, was patient, friendly & helpful. He carried bags, answered questions, seemed immediately alert to anyone who might be feeling a bit queasy and appeared to be doing the work of at least 3 people all at once!
On arrival in New Zealand one of our bags was missing and was eventually delivered to us (by the Cougar Line) while we were at Punga Cove. For this were are also very appreciative.
Thank you to all of you in the team and we look forward to our next holiday in New Zealand.
