Punga Cove to Eatwells' Lookout and Back

This 12km return trail offers a challenging yet rewarding hike as you steadily climb through lush native bush and along ridgelines with stunning views of the Kenepuru and Queen Charlotte Sounds. The final 20-minute push to the top is steep but the reward is well worth it, with 360’ panoramic views from highest point on the Queen Charlotte track.

Itinerary

Check-in at Cougar Line, Picton

Final check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure

Boat Ride ~ 2hrs

We'll take you to Punga Cove

Walk up to Eatwells' Lookout and back ~11km

A steady climb through native bush and along ridgelines to 360° views from the highest point on the track, then return the same way to Punga Cove. 

Boat Ride ~ 1hr 30 min

We will pick you up from Punga Cove around 3:30pm. Please be ready early.
